Short answer for operators choosing prop firm software in 2026: FPFX Tech and Axcera are the strongest full-stack picks, Kenmore Design is the veteran CRM choice for firms that also run brokerage operations, and EXO is the back-office pick for multi-brand operators. Propriotec is the flat-fee value option, Leverate brings broker-grade infrastructure to prop, and Spotware's cTrader is the platform layer most of them plug into. One thing none of these prop firm tech providers do: run your growth. We cover that gap at the end.
A note on method. Every competitor claim in this guide comes from the provider's own public materials or industry press as of July 2026. Where a vendor does not publish something, we say so instead of guessing. EXO is AIM's back-office integration partner, and we disclose that in its section.

Now the detail. For each provider: what they do, who they fit, and where the honest limits are.
FPFX Tech
FPFX Tech is one of the most established names in prop firm software. The platform covers the full lifecycle: custom challenge plan builders, automated account creation, real-time account and rules monitoring, auto liquidations and notifications, discount codes, certificates, leaderboards, affiliate portals, a trader dashboard and an admin CRM portal. It supports FX/CFDs, on-exchange futures and on-exchange crypto, and integrates with MT4, MT5, DXtrade, cTrader and Match-Trader alongside payment providers and email hosting.
In 2025 FPFX acquired BullRush and folded its gamification engine into the stack: simulated competitions, leaderboards and analytics aimed at trader acquisition and retention. That gives FPFX a differentiator most back offices lack - a reason for traders to stay engaged between challenges.
Limits: pricing is not published, so budget conversations start at the demo. And a deep feature set means real configuration work; plan for a proper implementation phase, not a weekend setup.
YourPropFirm
YourPropFirm positions itself as "the operating system for prop trading firms" and sells more than software. Alongside a CRM that connects trading, onboarding, billing, coupons, subscriptions, affiliate tracking and automated commission calculations, the company offers services most tech vendors do not touch: risk management, liquidity, payments, customer support, marketing and HR. Platform integrations cover MT4, MT5, cTrader and Match-Trader, and the stack connects to your website, payment processor and email server.
That breadth is the pitch and the caveat in one. For a first-time founder, one vendor handling tech, risk and support removes a dozen procurement decisions. For an established firm, outsourcing that many functions to a single provider concentrates dependency: switching later means replacing an operating model, not just a tool. Pricing is not published.
Leverate (Prop CRM)
Leverate is a long-standing broker technology vendor that moved into prop with a modular Prop Suite: white-label trading via its SiRiX platform, CRM, Broker Portal, Client Zone, MT4/MT5 integration, liquidity and retention tools in one connected ecosystem. The prop-specific features it promotes include end-to-end challenge flow from CRM onboarding to live trading, execution analytics inside the CRM (spread, slippage, performance data), Challenge Keeper for extending challenges based on performance, and Challenge Retry for second chances that reduce drop-off.
The natural buyer is a brokerage adding a prop arm, or a prop firm that wants broker-grade infrastructure and may add brokerage operations later. The trade-off: the ecosystem is strongest when you adopt Leverate's own stack, including SiRiX, and its prop offering is newer than its broker core.
Kenmore Design
Kenmore Design has been building forex CRM since 2006, which makes it the longest-tenured vendor on this list. The stack covers the full operational back office: KYC/AML workflows, payments, reporting, audit-ready controls, and multi-level IB management with automated commission logic. For prop specifically, it offers a fully brandable trader dashboard with challenge tracking, payout workflows and custom rule logic, with real-time synchronisation between trading activity and the back office. Integration partners include MetaQuotes (MT4/MT5) and Match-Trader, and everything is API-based by design.
That API-first architecture is the differentiator: if you have a development team and want to build your own front end on solid CRM plumbing, Kenmore is built for that. If you want a turnkey product with zero engineering, others on this list will feel faster. Pricing is quoted per setup.
Propriotec
Propriotec, building for prop firms since 2022, is the pricing-transparency outlier: flat monthly fees starting at $3,000/month for up to 500 active accounts, with no per-account charges and no revenue share. The platform covers trader management, automated evaluations, payout processing and risk management, and integrates with MT4, MT5, cTrader, Match-Trader and TradeLocker, plus operational tools like Zapier, WooCommerce and Klaviyo. The company says it has helped 50+ firms launch and claims a discovery-to-live timeline as short as 8 days, with most firms live within two weeks.
Two honest notes. It is a younger vendor than FPFX or Kenmore, so ask hard questions about uptime history and support depth. And its in-house HYPTRADER trading platform is listed as coming soon as of July 2026, so today you are running on third-party platforms.
Axcera
Axcera sells a unified suite of four components: Prop CRM, Broker CRM, Trading APIs and Risk Guard. The standout is asset coverage - forex, futures, crypto and equities programs run from one dashboard, with the broadest platform integration list in this guide: MT4, MT5, DXtrade, cTrader, Match-Trader, NinjaTrader, Tradovate and Quantower, and a claim of 100+ integrations out of the box. The stack covers onboarding, challenge creation, fraud detection, payouts and trader analytics, with real-time risk checks through Risk Guard.
On commercials, Axcera states it operates a transparent licensing model with no revenue share, commissions or hidden costs - though it publishes no actual figures, so "transparent" still means "ask for a quote." If you are building a futures prop firm, the NinjaTrader, Tradovate and Quantower coverage makes Axcera one of the few realistic candidates.
Spotware cTrader Ecosystem
Spotware's cTrader is not a CRM - it is the trading platform layer that many of the CRMs above plug into. It earns a place on this list because of what Spotware shipped in 2026: prop firm challenges listed directly inside the cTrader Store. Traders can now filter challenges by price, account size, profit targets, evaluation phases and loss limits, and each listed firm gets a card breaking down its rules, payout policy, instruments, commissions, consistency rules and restricted countries. Spotware pitches the Store's traffic - the company cites over 10,000 daily users - as a high-intent acquisition channel, and says only firms meeting its reliability standards get listed.
For a prop firm, that cuts both ways. A listing is a trust signal and a discovery channel. It is also side-by-side comparison shopping: vague rules and slow payouts get exposed next to cleaner competitors. You still need a CRM on top of cTrader for challenge logic, payouts and commissions.

EXO CRM
Disclosure first: EXO is AIM's back-office integration partner. We evaluated it hands-on for our own client work, so read this section knowing we have a relationship - and knowing the observations come from actually operating the product rather than reading a brochure.
EXO's core strength is multi-tenant brand management: one back office running multiple brands, which is exactly the structure a growing share of prop and brokerage operators now run. Around that core sit the controls multi-brand operations actually need: a granular roles and permissions matrix, per-user activity logs with IP and a full audit trail, and users and seats administration - so a support agent on brand A cannot touch payouts on brand B, and every action is traceable to a person. Operationally it covers KYC via Sumsub, PSP, deposits and withdrawals management, an IB commission module, configurable notifications and integration tiles for connecting the rest of your stack.
Our verdict: for a multi-brand operator, EXO is the strongest back-office pick on this list. The permissions and audit layer is the difference between running three brands and hoping nothing leaks between them. We do not publish EXO's pricing or client counts, because those are not public claims we can point to - talk to them directly. EXO
The Missing Layer: Marketing
Read back through every provider above and notice what is missing. Back-office CRMs run operations: KYC, challenges, risk rules, payouts, commissions. Not one of them runs growth. No campaigns, no email program, no content engine, no affiliate recruitment, no attribution telling you which marketing dollar produced which challenge purchase. The industry calls these products "CRM," but the customer relationship part - the marketing that creates and keeps customers - is exactly the part they skip.
That is the layer AIM builds. AIM (Advancements in Marketing) is the growth marketing partner for brokers and prop firms. Our marketing command center is the marketing layer that plugs into back-office CRMs - EXO first, through our integration partnership - and runs everything the back office does not: email and retention, content and social, affiliate recruitment and management, and revenue attribution that reads the back office's deposit and purchase data. That is why AIM sits in the comparison table as "Marketing layer," not as a competitor to any back office on this list. You need one of each.
What the marketing layer produces when it runs properly, from our client work: $4.8M in attributed client revenue in one quarter, 45%+ open rates vs ~20% industry average on campaigns across 300K+ contacts managed, automations clicking at 5-6% vs 2-3% industry, and on the partner side 100+ affiliates recruited and $300K attributed in 90 days, with another program at $161K affiliate revenue in 180 days. The playbooks behind those numbers are public: prop firm marketing strategy and email marketing for prop firms.
How to Choose: A Short Framework
Three questions settle most of this decision:
The 3-question filter
- Stage. Launching? Propriotec's flat fee and speed, or YourPropFirm's one-vendor bundle, minimize decisions. Scaling past a few thousand accounts? FPFX Tech, Axcera or Kenmore's deeper stacks earn their setup cost. Multi-brand? EXO's multi-tenancy is the shortlist.
- Asset mix. FX/CFD only: everyone on this list works. Futures or multi-asset: Axcera and FPFX Tech lead. Broker plus prop under one roof: Leverate or Kenmore Design.
- Ops vs growth. Every vendor above solves operations. None solves growth. Budget for both layers from day one: a back office to process traders, and a marketing layer to produce them. Firms that buy only the first wonder why the expensive CRM sits half empty.
Two closing rules. Model every quote at ten times your current account volume, because per-account pricing that looks cheap at launch gets expensive exactly when you succeed. And get every integration claim demonstrated live with your platform and your PSP before you sign - "we integrate with everything" is a sales sentence, not an SLA.
Have the back office handled? Add the layer that fills it with traders.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a prop firm CRM?
A prop firm CRM is the back-office software that runs a proprietary trading firm's operations: trader onboarding and KYC, challenge and evaluation tracking, payments and payouts, risk rules, affiliate and IB commissions, and support. It connects the trading platform (MT4, MT5, cTrader, Match-Trader, DXtrade and others) to the website and payment providers so accounts are created, monitored and paid out automatically.
What does prop firm tech cost?
Most providers do not publish pricing and quote per setup. Public reference points are rare: Propriotec lists flat monthly pricing from $3,000 per month for up to 500 active accounts, and Axcera states it uses a licensing model with no revenue share. Costs vary by platform integrations, account volume, and whether the vendor charges a flat fee, per account, or a revenue share. Model your costs at ten times current volume before signing anything.
Do prop firm CRMs handle marketing?
No. Back-office CRMs run operations: KYC, challenges, risk, payouts and commissions. They do not plan campaigns, write emails, produce content, recruit affiliates or attribute revenue to marketing activity. That work needs a separate marketing layer, either an in-house team with its own stack or a marketing command center that plugs into the back office and reads its revenue data.
What is the difference between a back-office CRM and a marketing command center?
A back-office CRM processes what happens after a trader buys: account creation, rule enforcement, risk, payouts. A marketing command center drives what happens before and between purchases: campaigns, email, content, affiliates and revenue attribution, combined with the team that executes it. The two connect rather than compete. The CRM's deposit and purchase data is exactly what makes marketing attribution possible.
Which prop firm CRM is best for multi-brand operators?
Look for true multi-tenancy: one back office running several brands with separate permissions, logs and payment routing per brand. In our evaluation EXO stood out here, with multi-tenant brand management, a granular roles and permissions matrix, and per-user activity logs with IP and audit trail. Disclosure: EXO is AIM's back-office integration partner. FPFX Tech and Axcera also serve operators running multiple programs, so compare all three against your brand structure.
Can I run a prop firm on cTrader alone?
No. cTrader is the trading platform layer, not the back office. Spotware now lists prop challenges inside the cTrader Store, which helps with trader trust and discovery, but you still need a CRM on top for challenge logic, payouts, risk and commissions. FPFX Tech, Axcera, Propriotec and others integrate with cTrader for exactly this reason.
