This is the first monthly changelog for the AIM platform - the marketing command center our clients log into every day. Each month we will publish what shipped, what it lets you see or do that you could not before, and what is coming next. We publish it in the open for the same reason the platform exists: work you can see is work you can hold accountable. Everything above the Shipping Next section is live for clients right now; nothing here is a mockup.

If you are new to the model, start with what a marketing command center is. The short version: one login where your entire marketing operation is visible and run. AIM (Advancements in Marketing) is the growth marketing partner for brokers and prop firms, and the platform is the layer that makes our work visible to you the moment it ships. July was a heavy month - here is the full list.

Multi-Brand Support: Every Brand Gets Its Own Command Center

Each client brand now runs its own themed command center under its own URL, with fully isolated logins. Your team signs into your platform - your branding, your data, nobody else's - and no login from one brand can see anything from another. For operators running more than one property, each brand gets its own center instead of sharing a view, so the numbers you look at are always yours and only yours.

AI Brain: Weekly Insights + Ask the Brain

The platform now has an AI layer that reads your data instead of talking in generalities. Every week the AI Brain publishes data-grounded insights per channel - social, email, website, calendar and competitors - so you open the platform to an analysis of your own numbers, not a feed of activity you have to interpret yourself.

The second half is Ask the Brain: a chat that answers questions about your own performance. Ask which campaign pulled the most clicks this month or how your social reach moved, and the answer comes from your data. It is the difference between having dashboards and having someone who has already read them.

Deliverables Tracker: What Shipped, Proven

A weekly checklist now shows exactly what shipped for your brand: emails, posts, videos, announcements, check-in calls. You no longer take "we were busy this week" on faith - the list is on screen, item by item, week by week. Email deliverables go one step further: each one links to the actual sent campaign and its stats, so the claim and the proof sit one click apart. This is the feature that kills the monthly report as a trust mechanism, because the tracking happens as the work ships.

Email Campaign Viewer

Click any campaign and the platform renders the actual sent email - the same one your list received - with its open and click stats beside it. No screenshots pasted into a report, no summary standing in for the real thing. This sits on the infrastructure behind 3.6M+ emails sent across client accounts in H1 2026, and every one of those sends is now inspectable this way by the client it belongs to.

Competitor Radar

The competitor radar puts your offer and reach side by side with named competitors, refreshed with real research rather than a one-time snapshot. You see where you lead, where you trail, and how the gap moves over time - which turns "should we adjust the offer" from a gut call into a look at the board. Most brands track competitors in someone's head or in a stale spreadsheet; this puts the comparison where the rest of your marketing already lives.

Marketing Calendar

A month grid now holds everything planned and shipped, with per-channel filters and event statuses. Filter down to just email or just social, check what is scheduled against what already went out, and see the state of any event at a glance. The "what is going out this week" question stops being a message to your account manager and becomes a ten-second look.

Task Manager with Revision Threads

Work now runs on a kanban board with priorities, and every task carries its own revision thread. Comment on a task, request a revision, or deliver a link - all inside the task itself. Feedback stays attached to the work it refers to, instead of living in a chat app three scrolls away from the thing being discussed.

1-Click Reports

One click now produces a print-ready performance report covering social, email, website and search. Board meeting tomorrow, partner call in an hour - the report is generated from the platform's live data on demand, not assembled by hand at month end. Print it, send it, done.

Livechat Bot Controls

Clients whose livechat bot we run can now control it from inside the platform: an on/off toggle plus revision requests. Spot the bot giving an answer you want changed? Request the revision on the spot, and switch it off in the meantime if you need to - no messages, no waiting for a handoff.

Shipping Next

To be clear about labels: everything above this line is shipped and live. Everything below it is roadmap - in progress, but not in client hands yet. Items move up into a changelog when they are live, not before:

One closing note for operations teams: the command center embeds into back-office CRMs, and EXO CRM is AIM's back-office integration partner - for how the two layers fit together, read back-office CRM vs marketing command center.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the AIM platform available to non-clients?

+

No. The platform is not sold as standalone software. It is included with AIM's growth marketing engagements, and every client brand gets its own command center as part of the partnership. The fastest way to see it live is to book a free growth assessment.

How often do platform updates ship?

+

Features ship continuously and roll out to every client command center as they are ready. This changelog is published monthly and only lists what is already live - roadmap items are always labeled as such in the Shipping Next section.

Can my team get logins?

+

Yes. Each brand's command center runs under its own URL with fully isolated logins, and your team members can each get access. A granular roles and permissions matrix is on the roadmap, so per-user access control gets finer from here.

Does the platform replace my CRM?

+

No. Your back-office CRM stays the system of record for accounts, deposits and compliance. The command center is the marketing layer that embeds into it - EXO CRM is AIM's back-office integration partner, so the two connect rather than compete.

What data does the AI Brain use?

+

Only your own. Weekly insights are generated per channel from your connected social, email, website, calendar and competitor data, and Ask the Brain answers questions strictly from those numbers - not from generic industry averages.
